Last Week

Last week was a crazy week!  It was just busier than normal with Easter parties and activities, but we were also reviewing a file of a child  and we ended up submitting Letter of Intent (LOI) for him and we received Pre-Approval the next day!  It was a busy and exciting week!

This little boy is such a silly nut!

On Monday, I picked Connor up from school and we headed to one of the local high schools where Mills was playing baseball.  He had a double header, but we were only able to stay for a couple of innings because we had a babysitter coming for us to go to our Life Group.  Mills was pitching and ended up pitching the whole game.  Thomson won!  He did a great job!  We are so proud of him and loved getting to see him play!

On Thursday, Kyle and I met up with Casie and her boys.  Joe's birthday had been the week before, but we missed celebrating with them because Connor was sick.  And, Jack's birthday is this week.  So, Casie brought some cookie cake to share with us!  The boys played on the the playground and had such a good time!

On Friday, I helped with Connor's class Easter party and Easter Egg Hunt.  Then, Connor was able to leave with me early from school and now he is out of school for Spring Break/Masters Week!

This is Connor and his best friend at school, Jonathan.  They have such a great time together and have so many "inside jokes" already!  I am so thankful that he found a friend that he loves so much.

And, on Friday night, we joined the Harper/Balkcum family for their Easter dinner and Easter Egg Hunt!

(Yes, Anna Liz did the Easter Egg Hunt in her ballerina leotard and tu-tu!).

Saturday was baseball and Sunday was Easter, church, and lunch with friends.  I haven't had a chance to upload those pictures and edit them yet.  So, look forward to more pictures later this week!

We hope that you had a great week!  We are excited about this week because it is Spring Break/Masters Week.  We pray that it will be a slow week so that we can enjoy every day of it!
